Download ImageThepla Ingredients1 1/2 cup all purpose flour1/2 cup chana flour2 teaspoons sugarSalt to tasteGreen chilli paste to taste2 teaspoons garlic paste1 teaspoons ginger paste1 cup chopped fenugreek leaves / methi1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder1 teaspoon Coriander powder1 teaspoon cumin powder1/2 teaspoon crushed carom seeds / ajwain1/4 cup plain smooth yogurt2 tablespoons oilStepsMix the above well.Add few tablespoons of hot water and tie a soft but not a sticky dough.Divide into 10.Roll like rotis with the help of flour.Place onto a roti pan over high heat.As the bottom begins to freckle, flip and drizzle 1/2 tablespoon oil.Spread the oil evenly and flip again immediately.Drizzle another 1/2 tablespoon oil on the other side andflip again.Remove onto a wire rack.Continue roasting each the same way until all are ready.Serve hot with your favourite achar and chutney with onion slices.Enjoy.
