Beat the eggs and mix with all the seasonings.2. Heat the pan over medium heat, dip a folded paper towel in oil and apply to the pan. Pour a thin layer of egg mixture in the pan. Start rolling into a log shape towards yourself after the bottom of the egg has set. Move the rolled omelette to the side where you started to roll.3. Repeat step 2, keep rolling the egg omelette until all the egg mixture is done.4. Cover the Tomakoyaki with panko. Deep fry until golden brown.5.
