Seared Pan Fried Buttered Chicken Ingredients 2 Large chicken breast sliced cris cross Green Sauce I Green pepper chopped1 Small red onion chopped4 clove garlicHandful of parsley ( or coriander)1 scotch bonnet ( optional) Rest Of The Marination Sauce 1.5 tsp- Badia seasoning Sazon powder ( salt included do not add extra salt )2.5 tsp- Chicken seasoning1 tbsp- Olive oil1 tsp- All purpose seasoning ( @jamaicavalleyuk )2 tsp- Paprika1/2 spoon mixed dried herbs For Frying Generous amount of Garlic butter2 slice of lemon ( optional) Method Wash chicken and pat drySlice the chicken in criss cross ( watch reel)Put all the green sauce ingredients in a food processor and blend until pasteIn a bowl add olive oil, green sauce paste, and marination ingredients above.Mix well and combine all ingredients into a pastepour the paste on the chicken and massage it covering all areas including between the slits.In a pan add garlic butter, once it starts bubbling add the chicken pieces and let it cook 10 minutes on each sidesOccasionally use a spoon to scoop the butter from the pan and spread it on the chicken.once cooked take the chicken out, use the sauce to add vegetable of your choiceAdd lemon slicesOnce vegetable is cooked add the chicken back in the pan to let the chicken absorb all the moisture from the butter.Voila ready to serve.
