Mix cacao & protein powder with liquid until a dough-like batter form2. Add nuts/ nut butter into the mixture3. Mix ingredients for the yogurt (see notes)4. Layer 1/2 brownie batter at the bottom and top with 1/2 yogurt layer5. Repeat until 4 layers formed, then add chocolate chips on top6. Either serve immediately or refrigerate for hours n even overnightNotes1. TBF I don’t really like the taste of that marshmallow spread as it’s a bit too sweet and artificial for me. I’ve tried to spread it on rice cake and toast but none of them works well for me… Ummm but mixing it with yogurt has actually neutralised its extra sweetness sooo yaaaa the only way for me to consume thissss…. ANNNNDD if u don’t have this marshmallow or any vegan marshmallow spread, feel free to add real marshmallow!2. I would highly recommend u to refrigerate it for at least 2 hours before eating so the batter will get harder and denser!
