Ramdon/jjapaguri Ingredients Tenderloin steak (or any tender cut you prefer)1 pack of Chapagetti1 pack of Neoguri2 cloves garlic, crushed1 tbsp neutral oil3 tbsp butterChopped green onionSalt and pepperWater to cook noodle Steps 1. Pat dry steak, season with salt and pepper2. Heat oil in a cast iron skillet or pan until smoking hot, sear steak for 1 min and sear the other side with 2 tbsp butter and garlic for another min while basting the steak. Remove and let it rest for 10 mins, then thinly sliced it3.
