Plant-based Tikka Bowl Ingredients 400 gms tofu3 cucumbers3 tomatoes2 carrotscoriander leavesmint chutney (recipe is in my reels) Tikka Masala- 1 tsp coriander powder1 tsp cumin powder1/2 tsp chilli powder or1 tbsp paprika powder3/4 tsp garam masala1 tsp amchur(dried mango)powder1/2 tsp turmeric powder1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp kasoori methi (dried fenugreek leaves) (optional)2-3 tbsp lemon juice80 gms dairy free yogurtSalt as required Vinaigrette- 2 tbsp olive oil3 tbsp lemon juice2 garlic clovesSalt n pepper Steps Marinate the tofu for atleast 30 mins in the Tikka masala & dairy-free yogurt. Pan fry the marinated tofu until lightly charred.In a large bowl, add your veggies, Tofu Tikka & pour the chutney & vinaigrette over it. Garnish with coriander & a lemon slice. Enjoy!
