Perfect Vanilla Cupcakes Ingredients 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour1 1/4 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1/2 cup (113.5 gr) unsalted butter, softened3/4 cup sugar2 large eggs, room temperature2 tsp pure vanilla extract1/2 cup buttermilk, or plain kefir, room temperature Instruction 1. In a bowl, mix ap flour, baking powder, and salt. Shifted, save aside.2. In another bowl, using electric mixer, mix butter and sugar until thick and fluffy.3. Add eggs and vanilla extract. Beat until combined.4. Add the flour mixture in thirds alternating with the buttermilk, mixing to incorporate with each addition.5. Prepare the tin with cupcake cups each holes, then scoop the batter into 3/4 of the cup (not full).6. Bake them in preheated oven at 180C for about 20 minutes or the toothpick comes clean (poke the cupcake using a toothpick).7. Take them out. Chill them before frosting. Enjoy!
