Heat the pan, then pour in the water, Japanese soy sauce, sugar, and mushroom stock.2. After boiling, add the chicken thigh pieces, then back and forth so that the chicken is cooked perfectly3. After the chicken is cooked, add the onions and scallions4. When the onions are quite wilted, pour in the eggs, then cover them until they are done to desired doneness.
