Add sesame seeds & mix until incorporated.Divide into 12 equal portions.Gently press each portion into a disk, about 4-inch wide & 1-cm thick.Heat a pot or skillet over medium heat & add enough oil.Dredge patties in breadcrumbs before placing into the hot oil.Cook in batches until golden brown.Serve with sauce of choice.
