Kaak Ingredients 8 cups flour3 eggs3 cups sugar1 cup melted butter1 cup warm milk1 tbsp orange blossom water1 tbsp rose water1 tbsp black seed2 tbsp kaak spice3 tbsp baking powder (leveled)2 tbsp vegetable oil more for brushing the moldSesame seedsMilk for brushing Tip if you don’t like your kaak too fluffy use 2.5 tbsp baking powder instead if 3tbsp. Direction 1: mix sugar and eggs together.2: add melted butter, warm milk, rose and orange blossom water, black seeds and kaak spice.3: mix all together good.4: add flour and baking powder.5: mix all together knead till you form a soft dough.6: add oil on top so help not to stick to the hands.7: start on shaping right away by taking small balls round and dip in the sesame seeds then press in the mold.8: take out and place on a baking tray.9: bake at 450 f for about 8 minutes till bottom light gold color then turn to broil for 2 to 3 minutes till golden color10: take out and brush with milk then place on a cooling rack. Tips 1:The cooking temperature should be a least 400f and max 450f depends how strong is your oven.2: Don’t cook the kaak in the lowest rack better to be in the rack before the middle and don’t over cook them or they will be hard.3: kaak need high temperature cuz if you cook on low it will get dry and hard but if you cook it on high temperature it will stay moist inside and get that golden color from the outside.
