Sauce: Heat tteokbokki sauce in a pan, add minced garlic and salt. Stir until simmering and off the heat. Set aside2. Cook indomie according to package, and strain noodle into a bowl, add sauce package along with carrot, sweet soy sauce and green onion and mix well3. Place a halved sheet of seaweed in a working surface.4. Place indomie mixture on top5. Roll the seaweed bottom up to close.6. Cut them into 5-6 cm long7. Coating: Mix all coating ingredients in a bowl. Set aside8. Heat oil in a deep pan, coat each seaweed rolls well with the coating mixture and immediately fry them into the hot oil over medium heat until slightly brown. Remove and drain onto a wire rack.
