Boil the sliced beef with all marination spices until tender. Rinse then pound out the meat.2. Fry the meat in high flame until darker in colour. Set aside.3. In a chopper, chop the chilies and onion.4. In a wok, saute the sliced tomatoes then add chopped chillies and onion. Stir until wilted.5. Add the fried meat. Mix them all together.
