Ingredients 3 cups of plain flour, sifted2 cups of caster sugar2 tsp of baking powder1.5 cups of fresh pineapple, diced2 tsp of vanilla essence1 cup of canola oil2 eggs Method 1. Add the sifted flour, sugar and baking powder to a bowl2. Add the pineapple, vanilla essence, canola oil and eggs3. Mix until it forms a dough4.
