Download ImageIngredients1 Cup Chickpea Flour200g Brussel Sprouts, very finely sliced1 Large Onion, very finely sliced150-180ml Warm Water1 Tsp Carom Seeds (Ajwain/Ajma)1/2 Tsp Turmeric1.5 Tsp Salt1/2 Tsp Black Pepper1 Tsp Sugar2 Green Chillies, finely diced1 Lime, juiced1.5 Tbsp Sesame Seeds1 Tbsp Hot Frying OilFrying OilMethod1. VERY finely slice the Brussel Sprouts and Onion the best you can. Heat the frying oil in a skillet on medium heat2. In a mixing bowl combine chickpea flour, carom seeds, turmeric, salt, pepper, sugar, green chillies and juiced lime. Mix this well until combined3. Add in the Brussel sprouts and onions mix well in the dry flour the best you can. Gradually pour in warm water until you get a sticky wet texture4. Then take bitesize portions and place in the frying oil to fry for 4 minutes flipping half way. Once crispy golden brown transfer to a paper sheet and let the excess oil drain5.
