Potatoes 2 large boiled , mashedNoddles broken in small pieces boiled and mashed 1 cup 200 gmsChicken 1 fillet breast boiled and shredded 1 cup gmsSalt to tasteBlack pepper 1 teaspoonRed chili flakes 1 teaspoonCumin 1 teaspoonPaprika 1 teaspoonGinger garlic powder 1 tablespoonCoriander few strands choppedGreen chillies 1 cut into small piecesRice flour 1/2 cupEggs 2 beatenCorn flakes crushed in to crumbs 1 cupBread crumbs 1 cup

Method

Add the mashed potatoes , noddles and chicken altogether in one large bowl and mix all well Until combinedThen add the spices , GG paste , coriander mint and chilliesIn the end add rice flour and mix well until all combinedNow make the cutlets in the round shape and coat with eggs and bread and corn flakes crumbsDeep fry them until golden brown from both sides .. serve with ketchupU can also airfry them and make and freeze them before hand
