Have a cup of water beside you to dip your fingers in to help the dough from sticking to your hands.Boil the balls in a pot for 5-10 minutes. Drain and set aside to cool down.In a separate bowl, add 2 (750g) Astro yogurt, salt to taste, sprinkle dried mint and 2 garlic cloves (crushed).
