Download ImageGyoza (Japanese Potstickers) Ingredients40 sheets of dumpling wrappers1 tbsp cooking oil¼ cup water1 tsp sesame oil (optional)Filling500 gr ground beef2 leaves cabbage, cut into small pieces20 gr chives, sliced5 shiitake mushrooms, cut into small pieces2 cloves garlic, minced2 cm ginger, minced1 tsp sesame oil2 tsp soy sauce¼ tsp salt1/2 tsp white pepper powderInstructions1. Mix all the filling ingredients.2. Take a piece of wrappers then put a tsp of filling on.3. Dip a finger on water then spread around the edge of wrapper.4. Fold it in half then sealed.5. Repeat until finish.6. In a pan, heat a tbsp of oil then put the dumplings in.7. Cook until golden brown at the bottom.8. Pour some water then cover the pan with the lid.9.
