Pb &Amp; Jam Chilled Oats Ingredients 25g rolled oats20g steel cut oats (or regular oats)6g chia seeds10g unflavoured soy protein isolate @myvegan25g salted caramel soy protein isolate30g strawberries250g water/ milk Toppings ?? ?????? ?????:6.5g (1tbsp) powdered peanut butter @pb2foods100g greek yogurt @marksandspencerhk /coconut yogurt12g crunchy peanut butter @myproteinhkMaple syrup or honey (optional)?????????? ???:100g strawberries4-5g xanthan gum/ guar gum/ psyllium huskSugar/ Erythritol/ Stevia… Method 1. Boil oats with 250g of water/ milk until thickened (or microwave for 3 minutes while giving a stir every minute)2. Mix protein powder, chia seeds with water/ almond milk (less liquid for thicker oats or more for runnier oats)*Some said cooking chia seeds will degrade the omega-3 content so I mix them separately3. Transfer the oatmeal into a bowl and mix with protein and chia seeds mixture, and also cut some strawberries in4. For the jam, microwave strawberries with sweetener for 30 seconds5. Mash them and mix with xanthan gum or other binding agent until no lumps left6. Mix PB2, PB, yogurt, and sweeteners (add some milk if too thick – but still not too runny!!!)7. Place PB layer on top of oatmeal and create swirl with Jam9. Pop them into the fridge for a night and enjoy the next morning Notes 1. Feel free to use other juicy fruits for the Jam Eg. Blueberry, Raspberry, Kiwi, Peachh …2. If u don’t want to make Jam on your own, feel free to use store-bought jam3.
