Mixer eggs, sugar and SP using Stand Mixer with high speed (me: speed 11 for 8 minutes) until thick.2. Lower to the lowest speed, add the mixtured flour + milk powder gradually. make sure it is well-mixed.3. Stir with a spatula gently to make sure the flour is well-mixed. Pour in the melted butter, stir until well-mixed.4. Divide the dough into 2 equal parts. Yellow layer, add cornstarch + vanilla, mix them well. Chocolate layer, add cocoa powder + cocoa paste, mix them well. Pour into a 20x20x4cm pan which has been greased & covered with baking paper.5. Bake at 170C for 18 minutes / until cooked (depending on the oven)6. Grease the chocolate layer with jam/buttercream, stack the yellow layer and press lightly. Source : www.instagram.com
