Jus Alpulkat (Indonesian Avocado Milkshake) Ingredients 1 large ripe Hass avocado (about 225 g, halved, pitted & flesh scooped out)400 ml milk of choice (chilled & use more if needed)20 ml sweetened condensed milk or honey (optional)100 g ice (about 4 ice cubes)1 g sea salt Chocolate Syrup 60 ml water35 g sugar25 g cocoa powder2 g vanilla extract1 g sea salt Steps In a sauce pan combine all chocolate syrup ingredients together, place on low heat, simmer until syrup is thickened & set aside to cool.Place the avocados and the rest of the ingredients for the milkshake into the blender.Process into a smooth thick consistency & add a bit more milk if it’s too thick.Drizzle with desired amount of chocolate sauce on the inside of the jars or glasses & then pour the avocado milkshake in.Top with a scoop of ice cream or chocolate sprinkles (optional) & serve immediately.
