Ingredients 4 small-middle size potato1 carrot1 small onion1/2 cucumber200g bacon2 boiled eggYoghurt:mayonnaise:mustard:honey 2:2:1:1Some salt and pepper Directions 1. Boil or steam potato and carrot until tender. Remove the skin and drain well. Set aside.2. Slice cucumber and onion, put them in a bowl and add 1 teaspoon of salt to absorb the water moisture. Set aside.3. Fried bacon and chopped into small pieces. Set aside.4. Add potato, carrot, egg and all the sauce into a big bowl. Mash and mix well.5. Add the squeezed cucumber and onion, bacon.
