Eid Milk Ingredients 3 lt full fat milk1 tin condensed milkSugar to taste1/4 cup melted ghee3/4 cup vermicelli1/2 cup mixed ground nuts ( almonds, cashews, pistachios)Handful of raisins1 tbs desiccated coconutLarge pinch of saffron @spicespot2 tbs charoli / chironji1/2 tsp elaichi powderRose essence to taste Steps Heat the ghee.Roast the Vermicelli till just pink.Then add in the ground nuts, raisins and charoli. Roast lightly.Add the coconut. Mix well.Add the milk, condensed milk, elachi powder.Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat to low.Add the saffron.Allow to simmer until the milk has thickened slightly.This takes about 30 min to an hour.Switch the heat off.Add sugar if needed.Add rose essence.
